The hostel admits students from class VI onwards.It has a strength of 80 students.The boarders hail from various states like- Orissa,Bihar,Jharkhand,Chattisgarh,West Bengal,Andhra Pradesh.

The boarders live in complete harmony despite the divers regions they belong to. Armed with positive and democratics outlook, the boardes have a broader outlook. The harmonious blend of there sincere persuit of academics coupled with healthy recreation is epitomised in the Pre-Diwali cultural extravaganza and the Holi celebration.

DPS Hostel,Damanjodi caters to the needs of the boarders. While the library,Computer lab,internet facility cater to the enhancement of academic excellence; infrastructure for indoor and outdoor games,TV shows and music system aid in sound relaxation.A team of dedicated teachers visit the hostel to counsel and aid the students to excel in academics.We prepare the students to meet the challenges in life with grit and determination.
